Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that have been used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo (if the item is damaged)

We'll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or incorrect


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Personalized products (not currently offered)


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
